Terms & Conditions

By booking a rental with The Sports & Wellness Embassy, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Rental Requirements

  • Renters must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued ID at the time of rental.

  • Basic scooter operation knowledge is required. Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times while riding.

Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed via our website or in writing.

  • Full payment is required prior to receiving your rental. We accept online payments via PayPal or bank transfer.

Security & Responsibility

  • The renter is fully responsible for the scooter during the rental period.

  • Any damage, loss, or theft of the scooter or accessories will be assessed and billed accordingly.

  • Scooters must be returned with the same level of fuel provided at the start of the rental.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental time may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

Usage Policy

  • Scooters may not be used for racing, off-road use, or any illegal activity.

  • Rentals are intended for personal use only and cannot be subleased or shared without prior authorization.

Liability Waiver

  • The Sports & Wellness Embassy is not liable for any injury, accident, or loss incurred during the rental period.

  • All renters must agree to our liability waiver before use.

Changes & Amendments

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any changes.
